I thought I’d give you a few ideas on some easy grilled recipes you can make for your 4th of July celebrations this week. Here is a full meal you can make entirely on your grill – and it’s super easy:
Memphis Sausage & Cheese. It takes 10-15 minutes, only a couple ingredients, cheap and almost impossible to mess up. The instructions are to BURN it! The only problem with this appetizer is that it’s SO good, you’ll have to make sure the rest of the meal measures up.
Grilled French Onion and/or Basic Grilled Corn. Both of these are super easy with minimal ingredients or work needed. The onion can be on the grill for a long time while cooking the rest of your meal. Both of these are great for large amounts. You can fit a ton of both on your grill. (or make the corn in advance, do a couple extra, and turn it into another app – Grilled Salsa)
Turkey Burger Sliders. Again, mass quantities, couldn’t be easier, fast grilling AND pretty darn healthy! Plus, set up a neat little Burger Bar and let your guests have fun putting toppings on their slider.
All said and done, you could get all of the above cooked and served in less than an hour. That leaves you plenty of time to relax and enjoy the party!
