Three of the top Barbeque cities in the nation are reflected in our recipes and processes.  I am born and raised in St. Louis (perhaps the most underrated BBQ city in the nation), my cousin Tim resides in Memphis, and his brother Nick lives in Kansas City.  You’ll see influences from all three styles used.  I believe this gives us a uniqueness not many have, if any at all.

Hey Kevin thx for sharing your recipes and knowledge with everyone it is appreciated. I. Am looking to add a new grill to the family .I currently own a Weber gas grill.Big Green Egg.Backwoods smoker (Fat Boy) and a wore out Weber .My Weber kettle grill is on its last leg so I need to replace it.I want something that I can cook. Steaks ,burgers,chicken etc like I did on the Weber. Have any suggestions ? I was looking at meadow creeks bbq 26 s .It has the double rack to sandwich chicken and flip or just leave top rack up and use as a regular grill.This is my excuse to get something better with my wife :0). I know you have seen a lot of these grills and would like your opinion.

Hey Bob – tough call. I’m still a Weber man myself. I love the Weber Performer. But I do like the meadow creek grills a lot. I like a lot of those pellet electric grills for grilling. It adds a smoky flavor and they are easy to use. Let me know if you’re in STL and I’ll send you to my friend’s store to check out his grill options!
