I spent one post lecturing you on the ABC’s of mushrooms and why you should try them, so I thought I should include a new mushroom recipe for you! Well, this is a good one. Because I ate this entire bowl of mushrooms by myself. I allowed a few other people to try a bite. Just one though. Because I knew that I would finish the rest. And, MAN, did I enjoy them!
So remember when we said we were partnering up with Ellbee’s? After eating these mushrooms, I was reminded of the reasons why I need to put Ellbee’s on everything. It’s absolutely unbelievable.
While perusing Ellbee’s site for different recipes, I came across this one with mushrooms. There’s weren’t grilled, but obviously, in our house, they were going to be. And while we’re on the subject, there are a TON of recipes on Ellbee’s site! Readers can add their own to their list, which is fun. It’s definitely worth checking out. The recipe I started out with was Sauteed Mushroom Topper, but I changed it up quite a bit.
Lesson learned, however: I need to make way more than 1 pound of mushrooms next time. Especially if I want to share any of these any.
