Marinade Monday


It doesn’t get much better than this for a delicious fajita marinade.  I use this with flank steak.  You could adapt this to any number of mexican-type dishes.  It works with chicken as well.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Marinade Monday:  Steak Fajitas


  • 3 Garlic Cloves, crushed or minced
  • 1/4 c Olive Oil
  • 3 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbs Chili Powder
  • 1 tbs Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Blended Chili Pepper mix or Ground Chipotle (add 1/2 tsp for more heat)
  • 1/2 Juiced Lemon
  • 1/2 Jalepeno - finely chopped with seeds


  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Place steak in marinade.
  3. Refrigerate steak in marinade for at least an hour, up to all day.
