Memphis in May

It’s finally here.

I’ve been waiting for this week since the moment our team left the stage after winning #2 in Ribs at the 2011 Memphis in May World Championship Cooking Contest.

I’m heading down Wednesday because that’s when the fun begins.  So I’m taking the week off from recipes.  Sorry, I know, you’re all disappointed.  But don’t worry — I’ll be back.  I’ll be reporting updates as they come throughout the week, so check my page on Facebook starting Thursday.  If you haven’t liked us, be sure to do so – that’s where I’ll post pics, cooking updates, etc.
