I’m not really sure why I’m even reviewing this rub. There is absolutely no need. All I need to do is point out the hundreds of awards Sweet Swine O’ Mine has won using this rub. A good start might be mentioning the three grand championships at the Memphis in May World Championship BBQ Cooking Contest.
Needless to say, Mark Lambert and the Sweet Swine O’ Mine team have it figured out. And this rub is an awfully good start in making award winning BBQ. Sweet, flavorful, a slight kick at the back end. What else can you ask for in an all purpose rub? This would be good on most anything, I imagine. I’ve used on multiple different pork and chicken entrees and it never disappoints.
