ThermoWorks Giveaway

We have a winner for the giveaway below, but please read through this article on ThermoWorks!  The winner is Lacey who commented: “Love the ThermaPen! Would love to try the ChefAlarm”

More people use a food thermometer in November than any other month. Why? Turkey, of course! You want a guaranteed improvement on your turkey from last year? Get a reliable, high quality thermometer. An over-done bird is the number one reason people are unhappy with their turkey. Whether you are roasting or smoking it – nailing the internal temperature is the most critical component to a delicious bird.

Thermoworks has all the answers. They really do. They are the only thermometers I use! Completely reliable and crazy accurate. Here are just a few of their top selling items that I think you should take a look at:

ThermoWorks DOT
ThermoPop
ThermaPen
ChefAlarm

Heck – they even have a limited edition Thermapen that looks like a Rattlesnake! Check it out HERE!

I smoked 2 chickens this past weekend at a higher temp on my Weber than I normally use – around 350. I wasn’t sure how long it would take, so I used my Chef Alarm probe thermometer. I put the probe in the breast of one of the chickens and walked away knowing I wouldn’t have to worry. After about 90 minutes, the Chef Alarm alarm went off, notifying me that the temp had hit 165. I double checked the accuracy using my trusty Thermapen and it was spot on. I pulled the birds off and they were cooked perfectly.

I’m telling you – take the worry out of under and over cooked food and stock up on Thermoworks products now! If you have any questions about these thermometers, feel free to reach out to me and I’ll help. But make sure you are prepared for Thanksgiving and all your Holiday cooking by picking one of these top quality thermometers up soon!ChefAlarm Banner

To help one of you prepare, we are giving away a Thermoworks Chef Alarm probe thermometer – just in time to help you cook the perfect turkey for Thanksgiving! All you have to do is leave a comment below with which of these great Thermoworks products is your favorite. Go to their website using the links above, check out their inventory, and let us know which product you love and why. Or maybe share a story about a time you wished you had a trusty Thermoworks thermometer but didn’t – and the terrifying results.

We will close the contest Monday, November 17th at 8pm.  We will announce the winner then! Good luck!

I’m a backyard bbq guy with a couple of weber kettles and a uds smoker. Love bbqing ribs, chicken, boston butts and brisket. I own the thermo works rt600c-n. In my opinion for the backyard bbq guy like myself it is the most bang for your buck thermo works tool. At 20 bucks it does the job and well. I will probably upgrade to the super fast thermo pen someday, but for now my rt600c-n is doing the job just fine. Great products.

I’ve recently purchased a used smoker and have been trying new recipes almost every weekend. I have two digital thermometers that are mediocre however I sometimes question their accuracy. My wife is a fantastic cook however would never spend the money. I have always wanted a ThermaPen therefore it would be a great accessorie to our smoker/kitchen.

My favorite Thermo product is the ChefAlarm. The fact that the cable is safe to 700F. is worth the money for it. I’ve “cooked” up other similar thermometers trying to use them on the grill. Actually though, an accurate ThermaPen is something that would get more day-to-day use.

Thermapen is definitely on my Christmas Wish List! I’m tired of the pens that take forever to calculate and also give inaccurate readings. I do plan on buying my Mom (81 and loves her naps) the Big and Loud timer since she normally can’t hear her little timer she uses now. Thanks for the opportunity to win!

I’ve had a ThermoPen for several years and, as you say, it is indispensable. Cannot imagine cooking anything requiring a temperature reading without this little gizmo. Fast, easy, and always accurate the ThermoPen is the bomb when it comes to making certain your food is cooked correctly and safely. I can’t imagine cooking without it in my pocket. Peace of mind with a spike!

The Thermapen and/or the Chef Alarm would help me a lot! The pen for different size meats like chicken wings and the alarm keeping me from forgetting and burning everything!!

Although the therma pen is a stable at our house, the chef alarm is my favorite. I love the magnetic backing and light that allows you to read temp and time in the dark…which I found myself doing last weekend when cooking a delicious brisket. Thanks thermoworks!

I think a Thermapen would dramatically improve my cooking performance both on the grill and in the oven!
