Ultimate Guide to the Grill/BBQ Master

This is what I call a fun and fairly accurate infographic!  I’m sharing this from foodydirect, and they’ve compiled quite the simplified picture of BBQ vs. Grilling and some regional and taste differences.

One glaring mistake is the omission of St. Louis from their BBQ styles.  Not that I’m sensitive about that or anything.
