I’m cooking, in no particular order:
– 5 Slabs of Baby Back Ribs
– 16 Chicken Thighs
– 8 pork butts
– 30 hot dogs
– 2 whole packer Brisket’s
– 6 pork steaks
– 8 batches of homemade BBQ Sauce
– 28 batches of homemade rubs
…..and a partridge in a pear tree.
Yep, should be a fun weekend. My grill and smoker will be lit for uncountable hours. Prepping for a big competition, having a ton of friends and family over, and enjoying a 3-day weekend.
